Unity – Direct transfer to users voicemail

Scenario: You want to send calls directly to the voicemail box of X 3000 without ringing the phone
1. Create a Voicemail Profile with mask XXXX
2. Create a CTI port with extension *3000
3. Use the Voicemail Profile created in step 1
4. Set the CFA to voicemail

You can actually cover all extensions by assigning the CTI port a DN of *XXXX, assuming all extensions are 4 digit.
