AAR and out of bandwidth messages

1. Out of bandwidth text — this text is displayed when AAR is not enabled and there is not enough location bandwidth
2. AAR Congestion rerouting text — this text is displayed when AAR is enabled and rerouting occurs

When AAR is not configured you get the error message ‘Not Enough Bandwidth’ is there anyway that this message can be changed???
