Unity – Call transfer operation

Supervise transfer

If the call is busy

1. Always hold – Unity will put the caller on hold and announce the average hold time, the position in queue etc. After sometime, it will default to "Ask Caller" properties (press 1 to continue holding, press 2 to leave a message, press 3 to try another extension)

2. No hold – Unity will transfer the call to the greeting of the subscriber

3. Ask Caller – Unity will announce the following twice (Press 1 to continue holding, press 2 to leave a message, press 3 to try another extension) and if caller does not select any option will send the call to Opening greeting. If caller hit 1, Unity will put the caller on hold and announce the average hold time, the position in queue etc. After sometime will again prompt the following, Press 1 to continue holding, press 2 to leave a message, press 3 to try another extension.

Gather caller information

1. Announce – Unity will play to the called party "Transfering call"

2. Introduce – Unity will play to the called party "Call for <subscriber name>"

3. Confirm – Unity will play the following message to the called party " To take the call press 1, to have the caller leave a message press 2 "

4. Ask Callers name – Unity will ask the caller "Who may I say is calling" and if the caller says his name, will play that name to the called party.

If multiple options are selected, all of them are used.
