Unity – Timezone

Posted: April 10, 2006 by cciestudy in Unity

Unity does not use the subscriber timezone when playing greetings. It uses the system time zone instead. So if the subscriber is at San Francisco and the server is at Dallas, then when it is 5 PM at Dallas the system will start playing closed greeting to callers, eventhough it is only 3 PM in San Francisco.

The timezone for the subscribers take effect when listening to messages and when unity sends message notifications.
