Call Classification and toll fraud prevention

Call Classification classifies the call type. Valid values are On-net and Off-net. Default is off-net. This can be set at the gateway level as well. By default the gateway is set to Use System default.
This parameter works with Block off-net to off-net transfer. Default is false. Hence by default the system will allow trunk to trunk transfer.
